Joe Richard
President
Joe Richard has been working in the field of andrology and male infertility for 24 years. He received his training in Andrology and Cryobiology under Dr.Larry Lipschultz at Baylor College of Medicine, Scott Department of Urology and Male Reproductive Laboratory. In 1991, he established the first andrology laboratory in the Department of Urology at the Emory Clinic , where he worked for the next five years before leading the laboratory teams at Reproductive Biology Associates. Joe is passionate about helping patients preserve their fertility and to achieve their dreams of having a family. In his spare time, Joe is an avid outdoorsman and has a particular fondness for Boise and the many outdoor activities that the area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, camping and mountain biking.
Bill Venier
Director
Bill Venier has over 20 years experience in embryology, andrology, and state-of-the-art IVF lab techniques. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Reproductive Biology from Imperial College, University of London and is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as an Embryology Laboratory Director, ELD (ABB). Bill trained with some of the top people in the clinical IVF field in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. Bill enjoys snow skiing and golf.
Gil Genel
Director
Gil Genel has been in the business of biotechnology for over 30 years. A graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Biology, Gil founded Genel Biomedical in 2004. In his spare time, you can find him shredding waves along the coast of San Diego, fishing and coaching volleyball.
John Greer, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. John Greer is an accomplished, board certified urologic surgeon who specializes in male infertility. He is a founding member of Idaho Urologic Institute. He received his medical degree from Emory University, and completed his internship and residency at Emory.Fellowship trained in male reproductive medicine and microsurgery at Baylor University College of Medicine, Dr. Greer specializes in the treatment of male infertility, vasectomy reversal, and sperm retrieval for in vitro fertilization. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Greer can be found winning matches on the tennis court or hunting big game in the remote wilderness of Idaho.
